Controlling Video Transmitter Power with 9VSW

Procedure for configuring the AeroEgg H743 9VSW 9V video power switch

1. Configure the relay function

◦ Parameter: RELAY1_FUNCTION

◦ Value: 1

◦ Function: Enables relay output 1

2. Assign the relay pin

◦ Parameter: RELAY_PIN

◦ Value: 81

◦ Function: Selects the 9VSW power-control pin

3. Assign a radio transmitter channel (channel 7 in this example)

◦ Select an unused radio channel, such as channel 7.

◦ Parameter: RC7_OPTION

◦ Value: 28

◦ Function: Assigns the Relay control function to this channel

After completing the configuration, use the corresponding two-position or three-position switch on the radio transmitter to turn the 9V video power output (9VSW) on or off.

Precautions

• Verify that the radio channel is mapped to the intended switch to prevent accidental activation.

• Restart the flight controller after changing the parameters to ensure they take effect.

• Always test the switching function on the ground before takeoff.
