Q: Why is the compass not detected when the GPS and compass are connected to the side UART4 port?

A: INAV firmware requires the compass to be connected to a designated I2C bus. To provide the best compatibility with different GPS modules, the AeroEgg H743 flight controller assigns I2C1 as the compass interface (SCL1 and SDA1 on the Dupont header). The side I2C2 interface does not support a compass.

Q: Why does the power-on self-test fail, with the serial port detected by the computer but unable to connect?

A: This is most likely caused by an incompatible SD card. If a card is installed, replace it with another card or remove it and continue configuration without an SD card.
